Huddle Action organizes community-first events that bring families, youth, and neighbors together on the same field. One Huddle One Mission is our promise: everyone plays, everyone eats, everyone belongs.
Why we waive
Bounce houses, bumper cars, youth activities, and food vendors all carry real-world risk. A signed waiver protects our organizers, volunteers, vendors, and partners — so we can keep hosting free and low-cost events for the community.
Who signs
Every participant. Adults sign for themselves. A parent or legal guardian signs for anyone under 18 — one form covers all listed minors in the same family.
